The terms behind our service.

These terms apply to the ecomride.com website and the Ecom Ride Creator Outreach app (together, the “Service”), provided by Ecom Ride LLC (“Ecom Ride”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service or authorizing our app for your TikTok Shop, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Ecom Ride provides TikTok Shop affiliate and creator management services, including sending collaboration invitations and messages to creators on your behalf, follow-ups, creator lists and segments, and performance reporting. Features may change over time.

2. Authorization and your responsibilities

You must be authorized to connect the TikTok Shop you link to our app. You can revoke our access at any time from TikTok Shop Seller Center. You are responsible for the products, commission rates, samples and message content you approve for outreach.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, misleading or unlawful content, or to violate TikTok Shop policies. We may pause outreach that could harm your shop’s standing or breaks TikTok Shop rules.

4. TikTok Shop

The Service uses TikTok Shop’s official APIs. Ecom Ride is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok Shop’s own terms continue to apply to your shop, and TikTok may change or limit API access, which can affect the Service.

5. Fees

Any fees are set out in your separate agreement or proposal with Ecom Ride.

6. Data and privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of your shop data. We process it only to provide the Service to you and delete it after you disconnect, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. No guarantee of results

We work to grow your creator program but do not guarantee sales, creator responses or content performance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ecom Ride is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Ending the Service

Either party may stop using the Service at any time. When you disconnect the app, we revoke access and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date on this page.
