If you choose to email Ecom Ride, the information you send is used to review and respond to your enquiry. Avoid including passwords, payment details or confidential customer information in an initial message.

Calendar bookings

Booking links take you to Calendly. Information entered there is handled through that service and its privacy practices. Review its notice before submitting a booking.

Website features

This website runs on WordPress. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and the hosting service may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Existing site plugins may provide additional functionality. Calendar bookings are handled by Calendly.

Ecom Ride Creator Outreach app (TikTok Shop data)

This section explains how the Ecom Ride Creator Outreach app handles data when a TikTok Shop seller authorizes it. The app is operated by Ecom Ride LLC ("Ecom Ride") and is used to manage creator affiliate outreach for the TikTok Shop sellers we work with.

What data we access

Only after a seller authorizes the app through TikTok Shop, and only within the permissions the seller approves: shop information (shop name and ID); product information needed for collaboration invitations; affiliate collaboration details such as invitations, commission rates, sample requests and their status; affiliate messages exchanged between the shop and creators; and creator profile and performance information made available by TikTok Shop, such as username, content category, follower count and sales metrics. We do not access buyer payment details.

How we use it

We use this data only to provide the service to the authorizing seller: sending collaboration invitations and messages to creators on the seller's behalf, scheduling follow-ups, organising creators into lists and segments, and reporting outreach and sales performance to that seller. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share one seller's data with another seller.

Sharing

Data is processed only by Ecom Ride and the service providers that host our systems, under confidentiality obligations. Data is stored and processed in the United States. We disclose data only if required by law.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to authorized Ecom Ride personnel who need it for their role, with multi-factor authentication. Access tokens are encrypted and never shared.

Retention and deletion

We keep seller data only while the seller uses our service. When a seller disconnects the app or our agreement ends, we revoke access immediately and delete their data within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your requests

Sellers, creators and TikTok Shop can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data by emailing admin@ecomride.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security incidents

If we confirm a security incident affecting seller data, we will notify the affected seller and TikTok Shop within 72 hours.

Changes

We review this policy at least once a year and update it when our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update. Use of our services is also subject to our Terms of Service.
