Choose the commercial objective

Decide whether the promotion is intended to introduce a product, support a seasonal moment or improve the appeal of an existing offer. The objective should influence the products, timing and evaluation criteria. A discount without a defined purpose is harder to assess afterward.

Check the economics and stock

Review the effect of the offer on margin alongside commissions, shipping and advertising. Confirm the stock needed to support the planned activity. A strong response can become an operational problem if the product runs out while creators continue promoting it.

Give creators accurate campaign information

Share the product, offer dates, any important limitations and the correct messaging. Avoid briefing a price or promotion that is not yet confirmed. Give creators enough lead time to film and make sure someone owns updates if the campaign details change.

Coordinate the paid-media review

Review campaign settings and creative availability before the promotional window. Document decisions rather than relying on memory. Changes in demand during an offer period should be interpreted alongside the promotion itself, not automatically attributed to advertising adjustments.

Review the campaign as a whole

Look at revenue, available margin information, creator activity and operational issues together. Record what should be repeated and what needs improvement. A campaign that produces sales but creates preventable fulfillment problems needs a different follow-up plan from one with weak demand.

This guide provides a planning framework, not a promise of campaign performance.
